Quirky, elegant & extremely comfortable, Oswestry’s Chilton House B & B is in Ferrers Road, a few minutes walk from Oswestry Town centre. There are three large en-suite bedrooms. One large double with super king size bed (Monopoly) with a full bathroom featuring a roll top bath and stand alone shower. Monopoly can be either a twin room, double or family with double and single. Another double with king size bed is Chess with en-suite shower room and also a double (Scrabble) with en-suite shower room.

Having spent many years with our own hotel and restaurant, we enjoy offering a special blend of hospitality and excellent cuisine to our guests. A Shropshire breakfast starts the day. Guests are welcome to use the large sitting room or the garden who weather permits. There is free Wi-Fi and all guest bedrooms have fridges, Nespresso coffee machines, Hypnos beds, Smart TVs and USB charging sockets on the wall. A short stroll from Oswestry town centre at the corner of Park Street and Ferrers Road, Chilton House Bed and Breakfast is ideal for guests who want to enjoy the market town of Oswestry and also for visitors who may be working or visiting friends and family in or near Oswestry. Oswestry street markets take place twice each week on Wednesday and Saturday. Oswestry was the birthplace of Wilfred Owen poet. There are restaurants closely for evening dining.

Our BandB is only 3 miles from Oswestry’s famous Orthopaedic Hospital, Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital, less than 2 miles to Whittington House, the BT Centre, and Oswestry Showground and also within walking distance of Oswestry School.
Visitors love that Powis, Chirk and Whittington Castles are close by and the Unesco World Heritage site of Pontcysyllte Aqueduct justifies a day out on its own.
