Oswestry is great for walking and cycling

Oswestry is great for walking and cycling – think long distance paths such as Offa’s Dyke or The Shropshire Way or quiet canal towpaths along the Montgomery or Llangollen Canals. You could gaze out over the Shropshire Plains from the top of Old Oswestry Iron Age Hill Fort or perhaps climb up to Rodney’s Pillar, near Welshpool.

Chilton House BandB makes a great base for your cycling or walking holiday. There is secure storage for your cycles and drying facilities for wet gear. Guests can order packed lunches for a special treat on the next part of their holiday.
